TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKING

    • In order to process the booking, we would need INR 20,000.00 or 20% which is more of the total land package amount as a token amount which you can pay through our Payment Modes.
    • For booking of flights, we need full payment of flights.
    • 20% land package amount will hold the booking with TRAVELOBOT and in order to confirm the booking, we would need 50% of the total amount as a token amount which you can pay through our Payment Modes.
    • The tour cost as detailed in the brochure and as may be revised if necessary shall be paid by Customer as follows:
  1. Non-refundable interest-free deposit.
  2. At the time of land package booking, 80% balance payment will be done 30 days prior of departure date.
    • If the Customer/s wishes to travel in advance, i.e. before the proposed departure date and or return after the tour ends, the Customer/s will have to pay such extra charges as may be applicable with the minimum charge of at least INR 2,000.00 as Reservation fees per person, per sector, per change (subject to seats available in the same class of travel and ticket validity). In case the dates requested by the Customer/s are not available, the Company will provide alternate dates accordingly, subject to seat availability.
    • All payments towards the tour cost must be made by the client to M/S TRAVELOBOT SERVICES in accordance with the procedure.
    • All payments made before 30 days prior to the tour departure date will have to be paid by online transfer.
    • For CREDIT CARDS (3% Electronic Charges) & DEBIT CARDS (2% Electronic Charges)

    • NO CASH ACCEPTED, NO CONFIRMATION WILL BE PROVIDED FOR CASH DEPOSITS.
      PAN CARD IS MANDATORY IN ANY MODE OF PAYMENT.

     

    • Voucher
      Your Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail or on Whatsapp. Vouchers are normally provided 3-10 days before the actual Travel.
    • Invoice
      Your Invoices shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail or on Whatsapp. Invoices are normally provided 3-10 days after the actual arrival in India/abroad/Tour end. 
    • 100% amount needs to be paid for flight tickets in advance for issuance of tickets; If flight fare has increased/decreased by the time payment reaches us, then the same shall be borne by the client and the quotation would be revised accordingly.
    • Any change in the itinerary post booking should be recorded in writing between the parties on TOB INDIA platform. Any verbal/oral communication regarding changes in earlier agreed package/hotel/inclusions/itinerary will not be entertained in cases of dispute.
    • Please remember that all special requests like early check-In, late check-out, smoking room, non- smoking room, views, floors, king bed, twin bed, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and same cannot be guaranteed prior.
    • Cost of expenses of personal nature at the place of stay, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc. not mentioned in the inclusions will have to be borne by the traveler.
    • For SIC (i.e. shared) transfers, please reach SIC pick up spot at least 10 minutes prior to actual timing- any delay by passenger in reporting on time may lead to loss of service and will not be refundable by TOB INDIA/travel agent.
    • TOB INDIA will not be liable for any losses incurred due to any delays made due to by the customer. Please ensure that you follow the itinerary as per timings as discussed with the selected Travel agent.
    • The itinerary is designed in a manner so that all the sightseeing’s/activities may be enjoyed sufficiently and they are covered within the stipulated time period. It is advised that travelers follow the advise of agent/driver and manage their time well. If a few or more sightseeing’s are missed due to extension of stay over the advised time-period at a particular attraction, then the driver/agent/TOB INDIA may not be held liable for the same.
    • Customers can not change the itinerary during the trip unless the same has been pre-informed and assented by the travel agent and /or TOB INDIA.
    • In case of change of itinerary by traveler without prior information to agent or TOB INDIA, TOB INDIA shall not be liable for any non-delivery of inclusions.
    • TOB INDIA does not guarantee the hotel services and food quality. However, we suggest that in case of any concerns, kindly inform the travel agent immediately so that timely action may be taken TOB INDIA/travel agent do not take guarantee for any services revoked from the hotel without prior notice.
    • TOB INDIA shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the travelers due to violation of rules of local government.
    • In case on any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government taxes, TOB INDIA reserves the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.
    • For meals included in the package as part of sightseeing/activity, the menu is preset and specific choice of meal may not be available.
    • TOB INDIA/travel agent is not liable for the care of personal items of travelers during the trip. Any loss or damage of any valuable items like mobile, tab, gold etc is purely customer responsibility Customers should take responsibility of their own luggage. Cab drivers do not provide porter services and cannot be held liable for any such loss.
    • Vouchers provided by the travel agent against the booking need to be verified by the traveler and any discrepancy should be brought to notice within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the vouchers.

CANCELLATIONS

  • All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation/ground transportation etc. for tours are pre-booked. If Customer books a third party product or services like Cruise/ Eurail , the Terms and Conditions and cancellation policy of such third party would be applicable in addition to the Operator Terms and Conditions. Any cancellation of tour/services has to be communicated in writing, clearly stating the reasons for cancellation.
  • The operator is still liable to pay to all suppliers/vendors the agreed charges including penalties if these services are released/canceled within the above mentioned time frame.
  • If circumstances force Customer to cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to Operator in writing. All cancellations will attract cancellation Charges as mentioned in payment procedure above.
  • Note: In addition to the above booking policy, for Individual/FIT booking the following is applicable:
  • The above is a general cancellation policy and the same is subject to change depending on the travel date, the destination like Maldives, Hong Kong etc., the package and the services booked and paid for.
  • For dynamic properties like Marina Bay Sands / Atlantis / Venetian etc. and Reconfirmed Bookings, the above cancellation may not be applicable and could vary.
  • For Air tickets being issued: Full INR component has to be collected before issuance, else price will be subject to change.
  • Regarding cruises, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be forfeited in case of any cancellations, irrespective of time of cancellation.
  • All cancellations must be notified by email.
  • Fees will be charged if you cancel your booking.
  • Cancellation charges for Star Cruise booking shall apply as per star cruises cancellation rules. It will be extra than the other cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation charges for Air Asia/Any other Airline ticket or any other low cost carrier ticket booking shall apply as per Airlines cancellation rules. It will be extra than the other cancellation charges.
  • In case of any discrepancies in the mail against your request in terms of Vouchers, Flight tickets and any other related document, please notify us within 24hours. Failure to do so will mean that we understand that all information’s in the document are correct. Last moment changes will not be entertained. Complimentary services are always subject to availability at time of consumption. If due to any unfavorable conditions, services not provided, in that case no refund will be processed neither TOB INDIA can be challenged for substitute services.
  • TOB INDIA is responsible for only making the reservations for you and is not responsible for any kind of flight delays, flight re-routing, flight cancellation etc. We will assist you to make any alternative arrangements to the best of our capabilities. Charges for the same will be borne by the client.
  • Once the package is booked and the invoice is generated, client is responsible for keeping track of the payment dates. If we don’t receive the payment as per the schedule there are fairly good chances of auto- cancelation of the package. If there is any delay in payment from scheduled date, your booking will be auto released by the system due to unavailability of payment.
  • Last moment changes in timings from the airline will not be entertained. No refund will be provided.
  • TOB INDIA or its affiliate partners will not be liable for any Visa rejections and Hotel cancellation policies would still stand as they are.
  • Cancellation amount/charges will be calculated as per total booking amount, irrespective of whether full booking amount has been paid or not.
  • Any amendments/additions to package (dates, inclusions, itinerary etc), will be done at an extra cost to the customer. Changes made to the package will be made as per cancellation policy of the original package and customer has to bear the cost incurred due to this.
  • TOB INDIA doesn’t encourage changes and modifications to online bookings once they’re made. However, facilitation of changes related to postponement or rescheduling of the already booked package is the sole discretion of Travel agent under permitted circumstances. TOB INDIA shall not be held liable for any impact due to change in original itinerary by the traveler and this is subject to mutual agreement and discussion between traveler and travel agent.
  • TOB INDIA guarantees delivery of services booked through TOB INDIA. In case part package is booked by traveler themselves or outside of TOB INDIA, no claim against such services shall be entertained.
  • Passport of all travelers need to have 6 month validity from the date of departure. In case of any confusion about applicability of passport wrt trip departure, kindly get in touch with booking agent or TOB INDIA advisor at the earliest.
  • Travelers are advised to check that passports are valid and eligible for international travel. TOB INDIA or affiliated parties will not be liable for passport being declared ineligible for entry/exit Visa issuance is not under the authority of the travel agent or TOB INDIA. Travelers are advised to comply with requisite visa formalities.
  • TOB INDIA or travel agents will not be liable for any Visa rejections and Hotel cancellation policies would still stand as they are In the event of change in Visa fee, the additional fee must be borne by the traveler.
  • Standard check-in timings of hotels are 2 pm and check-out is 11 am. Early check-in and late check- out will be available as per hotel availability and hotel rules.
  • Visa fees are non-refundable once the visa has been applied.
  • All payments need to be routed via TOB INDIA for bookings to be processed and considered complete. Payments should not be done directly to the Travel agent unless a written confirmation is provided by your TOB INDIA advisor. In case payment is done directly to the agent for any part without prior written (email sent with TOB INDIA advisor in loop and an acknowledgement by TOB INDIA advisor on the same email) confirmation by the TOB INDIA advisor TOB INDIA shall not be liable for any claims.
  • As per hotel norms, traveler may be required to submit Credit Card/Cash for security deposit at the time of check-in. The same shall be reversed/ reimbursed by hotel at the time of checkout. Amount may be forfeited in case of damage to hotel property.

REFUNDS

  • There is no refund payable for any utilized or partially utilized services (e.g. Airline tickets, Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional Tour, Hotel, Sightseeing etc.).
  • The refund for the foreign exchange component of the tour will be refunded in INR only and will be at the prevailing day’s rate of the exchanges of TRAVELOBOT SERVICES, India.
  • If a tour is canceled by the Operator, then all payment will be refunded after taking into consideration the actual expenses incurred E.g. Visas, etc.
  • Operator reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, the quantum of refund payable, if any, in case of cancellation or amendment of a Tour due to Force Majeure or Vis Major. In this respect, the Operator may take into account cancellation policies of and charges levied by independent contract or Irrespective of the currency of payment which was made to Operator. The refund, if any shall be made only in Indian rupees (INR) at the prevailing rate of exchange on the date of refund as per applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Refunds will be processed through the online mode in 10-15 days.
  • Under no circumstances whatsoever shall the Operator be liable to refund the non-refundable interest free deposit whether the booking gets cancelled due to failure of customer to make payment as required or Customer cancels the booking due to his inability to join the tour as per schedule or avail of the services in whole or in part for whatsoever reason including absence of valid documents, medical grounds or death.
  • The Customer understands and agrees that there shall be no refund if he does not utilize any service included in the Tour Cost or paid for like meals, rooms, entry tickets, excursions, etc. nor can any refund be made for lost, mislaid or destroyed travel tickets or voucher.
  • All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider.
  • If you fail to show up for any reason no refund will be given. Also No refund will be given for reduction of stay once checked in.
  • In case destination/local attractions are closed for maintenance/weather conditions/government orders/strike/curfew/natural calamity/other unforeseen reasons, TOB INDIA/travel agent will try its best to reimburse the traveler appropriate amount against the same in case refund is possible. However, TOB INDIA/travel agent are not obligated for the same and cannot be held liable against it.
  • In case of non-compliance of payment terms, TOB INDIA reserves the right to cancel the booking Refunds can only be given in cases of inclusions mentioned in package confirmed by the customer are not delivered by the booking agent. Refunds will not be given in any other case.
  • If due to unforeseen circumstances, the traveler has to pay for the inclusions already mentioned in the package, refund claims for the inclusions part of the package may be considered and refunded upon submission of proper receipts, provided this was pre-informed to TOB INDIA advisor or travel agent.
  • Please note convenience fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable, if any.

CHANGES IN THE PRIVACY POLICY/ TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our Privacy Policy is subject to change at any time without notice. Changes to the Privacy Policy shall be applicable to each User till such time the User expressly withdraws consent or permission to TRAVELOBOT SERVICES to access/use the data.
